Returns

• You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Sale or clearance items

• Perishable, intimate, or customized products
