Returns Policy.

Here at Premium Trendz we DO accept returns from products that you have purchased from us. Any items you wish to receive a refund or exchange on must be returned to us within 14 days of your purchase. We ask you to meet all of the following requirements below to successfully complete your return. 

  • The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example boxed items such as trainers. Where an item has tags attached, please ensure these are attached and undamaged upon return.
  • The items must also have no signs of wear or washing of the products and no damage to the item unless as fault of a faulty good.
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you don’t comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all, and any goods returned to us.
  • Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return items purchased from us claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and contact you for your refund via the details you have provided to resolve the issue and promptly process your refund as soon as possible.
  • All refunds will be reimbursed to you through the same method of which you used to purchase the goods.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days upon return to be issued and processed to your account. Please feel free to contact us at info@premiumtrendz.co.uk if you have any further questions or queries regarding your return.

Here at Premium Trendz we DO accept exchanges, but you will be required to pay a £5.50 reprocessing fee to cover the costs. You will be able to pay for the processing fee upon receiving your return confirmation email.

  • Please note: this does not apply to circumstances whereby an item has been sent to you incorrectly, nor if the item you have received is faulty. We will cover all costs in these circumstances. Please contact us via info@premiumtrendz.co.uk
